My experience so far with this trainer has been excellent! my plan to loose 30 pounds has now been kicked into high gear. Matt is knowledgeable and understands how to motivate making this new journey something I look forward to everyday. Matt has a great personality, lots of great advice and encourages me when I feel like giving up. If you are looking for the best of the best then look no farther. Matt is a great trainer, very motivating and super energetic...which I need!! I've lost 10lbs with him so far and inches off my waist which is exciting and more than I expected! I look forward to working out now! I highly recommend Matt!!

Matt's guidance and expertise were essential to rebuilding my strength after a back injury. He was able to identify strength deficiencies that were exacerbating the injury and created a personalized training program that focused on flexibility, balance and core that alleviated my back pain. He also provided valuable diet tips, which along with his training, have me feeling and looking better than ever. I highly recommend Matt to anyone who is focused on achieving short or long term fitness goals and needs a knowledgeable, results-driven trainer.
