Introduction
Training with me is about more than just changing your outer appearance. I aim to help my clients become healthier, happier, and create a lifestyle change that is sustainable. I accept clients of all athletic levels and specialize in fat loss, muscle building, and postpartum fitness. The gym can be a daunting place and it is my goal to ensure my clients receive the best workout they can while feeling comfortable. I look forward to working with you! (Please note: prices vary depending on your needs/etc and will not be given until a thorough consultation has been completed.)

I’ve been training with Jenn for the past 4 months and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is a true professional. During the initial consultation, she took the time to listen and understand my goals. I was recovering from an ankle injury and she incorporated exercises that have helped strengthen and re-stabilize my ankle. The thing I appreciate most about her is how attentive she is. Throughout every session she is completely focused on you- ensuring your form is correct and you’re getting the most out of each exercise. So far I’ve gained muscle mass and simultaneously lost about 9-10 inches overall. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who’s serious about getting in shape!

My husband and I worked with Jennifer for 6 months and she made such a huge difference in our confidence. She coached us in nutrition and weight lifting and created a workout plan catered to our goals. She is incredibly reliable and a great accountability coach. And she helped us see results! Both of our bodies have never been stronger. Cannot recommend the investment in her coaching enough. Also highly recommend couple workouts with her, so grab a friend or partner and commit.

Jennifer is an excellent personal trainer, I really appreciated her support on my journey to have better health. I have some medical conditions and she was able to work with me, meet me where I am at and come up with a personal path to reach my goal.
