I’ve been training with Jenn for the past 4 months and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is a true professional. During the initial consultation, she took the time to listen and understand my goals. I was recovering from an ankle injury and she incorporated exercises that have helped strengthen and re-stabilize my ankle. The thing I appreciate most about her is how attentive she is. Throughout every session she is completely focused on you- ensuring your form is correct and you’re getting the most out of each exercise. So far I’ve gained muscle mass and simultaneously lost about 9-10 inches overall. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who’s serious about getting in shape!

Where to begin!! I have been training with Jen for 7 months now and I would say easily that she is the best person I have trained with by far- and I have had my fair share of experience working with trainers! I really wanted to get stronger, more confident, and establish a routine of fitness again after Covid threw me off. She has helped me do so while taking into account my sciatic limitations and working around those limitations than pushing me through them to the point of a flare up. She is not one to cancel sessions often and is super timely+communicative. I am so beyond appreciate of her kindness, patience, and knowledge about gains. I actually wore shorts IN PUBLIC for the first time in YEARS today because of her. She’s the best so don’t wait and just get started lol.

My husband and I worked with Jennifer for 6 months and she made such a huge difference in our confidence. She coached us in nutrition and weight lifting and created a workout plan catered to our goals. She is incredibly reliable and a great accountability coach. And she helped us see results! Both of our bodies have never been stronger. Cannot recommend the investment in her coaching enough. Also highly recommend couple workouts with her, so grab a friend or partner and commit.
