- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and tailored to each client’s needs. I offer 1:1 personal training, yoga, and mind-body fitness sessions, including mobile sessions at your location for convenience. I accept all forms of payment and offer flexible payment plans, including package rates and a new client introductory special. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by connecting with each client to understand their goals, fitness level, and any health concerns. I create a personalized plan that combines strength, mobility, and mind-body techniques. Each session is designed to meet the client where they are and help them progress safely. I also provide daily support through a personalized platform, allowing clients to track progress and receive guidance between sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Exercise Science and am a certified yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, swim instructor, and fitness coach. I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings, including gyms, recreational fitness, outdoor fitness, online training, and mobile sessions. I’ve worked with athletes of all levels as well as clients managing chronic conditions or recovering from injuries. I also have specialized training in mind-body fitness and mobility, helping clients achieve their wellness goals safely and effectively.
