I am not even kidding when I say that Career Coach Shei knows her stuff. I had been applying to jobs using my "old" resume with no interest from recruiters, or managers. When she polished it up, firstly, I felt ten feet tall... It boosted my confidence so much. But don't just go by what I feel. Let me give you the numbers. In the first week of using the polished resume that Career Coach Shei had done for me, I got so many interested recruiters asking for interviews. In fact, in one instance, I had just finished applying for the job, and not even five minutes later, the recruiting manager called back asking for an interview. I was a little freaked out at how fast this was all happening, but quickly adapted to the idea of standing tall, and being sure of my career worth. Not only did she help boost my confidence to ask for what I am worth through a resume and cover letter, but she also walked me through a "mock" interview process to help me feel prepared and at ease during my interviews. I cannot say enough good things about her. This is her calling, and she has years of experience to back it up. She went above and beyond for me, and I am truly grateful to her.
