Joey is a nice guy. He arrived right on time, I was impressed with his punctuality, however, I am disappointed with my carpet. Although my carpet is a little cleaner now then it was, it still isn't as clean as I was expecting. After a professional cleaning I was expecting my car to look like new again, but it doesn't.
