- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a complicated system. We'll quote depending on your needs, we'll negotiate the prices until you are satisfied. Upon your approval we start the development process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to initiate work with a given customer, we schedule a phone interview. The purpose of the interview is to get an idea of the project. Then we do a site visit and present some ideas based on the information gathered during the phone interview. After the site visit we present a full project plan to the client for his/her approval. Upon approval we start to work on the project, we'll give the client daily or weekly updates based on the customer requirements until the project is completed to the clients satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly renewing my skills by attending several conferences and staying in touch with technology organization. Continuing education ensures that we are up to date with the latest technology and ready to move on at the first opportunity.
