    I submitted two projects and I decided to hire Alberto (SBNA) among 10 other thumbtack quotes including his that were submitted to build my website. He was very professional from the very beginning by proving a well laid out proposal of what EXACTLY I would be getting and when and how much I would have to pay. He is very patient and always willing to go on and beyond your expectations to provide an amazing service.     Al Oritiz created two websites for me and helped me with two other websites that I already had. His websites that he created for me are working better then the one's I already had with WIX and zillow. But because of his help with my other websites, they are now performing better too. If I could go back and start over again, I would use Al Ortiz for all of my website needs. His prices are the most competitive and his service is above what I could ever imagine or expect. Al goes over and beyond my expectations and his attention to detail is rare and very much appreciated. Also the best part of Al's service is that he is so quick at taking care of any I.T. issues. Al gets problems resolved fast!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a complicated system. We'll quote depending on your needs, we'll negotiate the prices until you are satisfied. Upon your approval we start the development process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to initiate work with a given customer, we schedule a phone interview. The purpose of the interview is to get an idea of the project. Then we do a site visit and present some ideas based on the information gathered during the phone interview. After the site visit we present a full project plan to the client for his/her approval. Upon approval we start to work on the project, we'll give the client daily or weekly updates based on the customer requirements until the project is completed to the clients satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly renewing my skills by attending several conferences and staying in touch with technology organization. Continuing education ensures that we are up to date with the latest technology and ready to move on at the first opportunity.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in this line of work after struggling with web hosting organizations that were charging me over $45 a month for the services that we offer today at $4.95.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of jobs that we do are Web Hosting, Web Development, Domain Registration, and Web Maintenance, and Technology Training.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We got a call from a distressed prospective client about his account with another hosting company being blocked. We partnered with the client and worked with the hosting company to get his domain released. We build the client a whole new web site at no cost within a few weeks. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do a lot of research before deciding on a provider. We all offer the same services but stands out in customer services, openness, low cost, high quality products, and most of all, honesty.

I'm not only the president, I'm also a client.
