They were super responsive and professional. Honestly I knew they were legit because I had a fogged (oxidation) up window in the front of my house and I asked to have the panel replaced. He recommended against it and told me to wait until I was ready to replace the entire window. Otherwise it would have looked bad. He could have easily taken advantage of the patch work and then sold me another full window after, but he was an upfront honest guy. I will definitely call him when I am ready to upgrade all of my windows.
