They were super responsive and professional. Honestly I knew they were legit because I had a fogged (oxidation) up window in the front of my house and I asked to have the panel replaced. He recommended against it and told me to wait until I was ready to replace the entire window. Otherwise it would have looked bad. He could have easily taken advantage of the patch work and then sold me another full window after, but he was an upfront honest guy. I will definitely call him when I am ready to upgrade all of my windows.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Albert the owner of Millennial Windows from beginning to end! There was a very prompt response to my initial inquiry - about 10 minutes. I was hoping to have 2 windows fixed but deep down knew they were too far gone. The windows are in an unused room, could no longer move up and down and are about 28 years old. The frames ended up being too brittle along with broken springs, etc. We won’t be staying much longer in our 2 story house and realize all the windows could stand to be replaced but that’s not the route we wanted to take. He was honest and gave us a fair price to replace them. I had several questions and he was very thorough while answering. Albert has plenty of “before and after” pictures of work he has done. He has many years of experience. Today he came to install. They were quick, neat and professional! All told from beginning to end it was exactly 2 weeks. We are very happy! Should we move to a place that needs new windows, Albert is first on my list to call! I highly recommend Millennial Windows! Thank you Albert!
