Fees are based on scope of assignment/complexities of improvements and/or markets
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand clients do not get their homes appraised often so we take pride and care in outlining steps in the process and are always available for questions and inquiries from our clients about their reports.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In California, all appraisers under Bureau of Real Estate are required to take 52 hours of continuing education on a 4 year cycle. I also hold a Real Estate Broker license which requires a 100 hour cycle every 4 years.
