Jackelyn did a great job cleaning our bathrooms, degreasing the kitchen/oven area, used pet/child friendly cleaners, was careful with our indoor plants and liked the family dog, vacuumed carpets and stairs, and mopped floors. She worked for $175 for all these areas and we included a tip because she did such a good job!! We will have her come back every month; she was so good.

I contacted a few companies on Thumbtack and was interested in a regular housecleaner and home care person, not a company and not a slew of people coming to the house, but a more personalized experience for my elderly parents. J and R got back to me IMMEDIATELY and within a few hours, I met her at my parents' home and got great vibes from her. Plus she understands my situation taking care of elderly relatives can be really difficult. She was on the ball and I showed her everything that needed to be done. She didn't even charge extra for cleaning a fridge that was a frightening biological nightmare and cleaned that thing so good it looked brand new. I later contacted her, very happy with the work, for some simple elder home health care for my mother as well as doing the grocery shopping for my parents. I can 't say more good things about J and R...I now no longer have to worry about finding a trustworthy person to take care of my elderly parents needs :)!!!!
