Ryan is the perfect balance of what one needs in a Fitness Coach. He’s knowledgeable, funny, patient, adaptable and supportive. I reached out because I was not finding success in my weight goals on my own. I am a 55 yo woman with knee injury, plantar fasciitis & pre diabetic- talk about giving the poor man a challenge, LOL. But he did not shy away from any of it. He gives me goals, he provides tips and feedback on how I’m doing and, most importantly he makes sure I’m ok. He has created a program that fits me and my lifestyle - something that is realistic and sustainable - and I am seeing success. I won’t lie, some days are tough - but it is worth it because the next day or week everything pays off. Thank you Ryan!

Working out again I was lost and didn’t know where to begin. Ryan not only gave me my confidence back but also helped with my nutrition where it was lacking the most. There were times Ryan would pull me aside to reassess what I needed to change. Especially when it came to making sure I needed to eat enough protein. Having a trainer that knows you personally and professionally helps with you not only physically but also mentally. If I could give Ryan more stars on fitness and health I would!

I have a 4 year degree in Nutrition. Nearly a dozen different certifications and licenses in training, nutrition, and weight loss. Finally and most importantly this is my career and my business. I've been a trainer and educator in the fitness industry for over 11 years. I've managed and taught trainers for most of the last 5 years of my career.
