- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet and chat with a prospective client over coffee or tea and hear the details about their event. Once we establish a plan of action, we set up appointments for practice sessions and take care of deposits, if they are required. Then the day of is easy and fun!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Types of customers... Hmmm... I have worked with clients of different budgets, backgrounds, ethnicities, makeup comfort levels and skin types. I think that sums it up nicely.:)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. Research more than just pricing. What comes with the service? If it seems expensive, research what is would cost in salon with someone of their level of expertise. How long have they been in their field? Are they licensed? Are they personable? Are they someone you would want to be around on what sometimes can be a stressful day, in regards to weddings and events? If you don't feel comfortable keep searching until you do!
