    Your Computer Heroes has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. Jim has been incredibly gracious and willing to go out of his way to help me out. He was even at my house at 7 in the morning to set up my new laptop before I had to leave for the airport for a month-long trip. One of the things I appreciate most about Jim is that he’s a personable computer geek. Not only does he know his stuff, but he explains things well and is easy to talk to even when I don’t know the right jargon.

    We had a virus on our PC so we called Your Computer Heroes. They sent someone over to pick it up and take it back to the shop. Within several days they called to make sure we were home so they could deliver the PC to us. He set it all back up for us, tested it again in our presence to make sure we were satisfied, and we were. We will recommend Your Computer Heroes to anyone that needs computer repair work done.     I was completely satisfied with my experience here. They had to special order a power supply for my older PC they cleaned installed tuned up and priced it fairly. I bought a new surge protector as well. I will recommend them to everyone.

    This is a great place if you’rein need of a great computer at a great price! I found a fabulous desktop PC for my son to use for homework, etc. it was refurbished and incredibly fast for a PC that was 4 years old. It was just about as fast as my 2 year old laptop and for less than $200. I strongly recommend them as they are super helpful and very honest.
