Rafael from Acer got right back to me, set up a time to look at our yard, then came on the day that we scheduled and delivered the promised service. He stayed in touch with us to discuss the desired changes to our garden, made some suggestions that showed us that he has a good feel for our type of garden (Japanese), and has set aside time to handle this task. And we're set up to have him and his crew continue taking care of our yard. He seems very no-nonsense, dedicated to his work, reliable and reponsive. So far, we're very happy!
