I am a great coach because I have been on both ends of the relationship. I have experienced first hand how valuable an amazing coach can be and adversely how it feels to work with a personal trainer who doesn’t understand or care enough to help you reach your goals. Jessica is absolutely amazing! I’ve never been challenged so hard, nor have I had the desire to work as hard as I do with her. She brings a life and personality to her work. She makes me strive to be the best version of myself. You can’t go wrong in training with Jessica.
