- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry: When a new customer expresses interest, whether through our website, phone call, or in-person visit, we greet them warmly and listen attentively to understand their goals and preferences. Consultation: We schedule a consultation to delve deeper into the customer’s aspirations, previous experience (if any), and any specific concerns or questions they may have. This step helps us tailor our recommendations and approach accordingly. Goal Setting: During the consultation, we collaboratively establish clear, achievable goals. Whether the customer aims to improve fitness, learn self-defense, or pursue competitive MMA, defining these objectives guides our training strategy. Introduction to Programs: We introduce the customer to our range of programs and classes, explaining the benefits and structure of each. This includes discussing options such as Muay Thai, Kickboxing, personal training, and specialized courses like kids’ classes or private training. Trial Class: To experience our training firsthand, we invite the customer to participate in a complimentary trial class. This allows them to interact with me, familiarize themselves with the facility, and get a sense of the supportive atmosphere we cultivate.
