- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can be via internet and be exactly the said job. I understand the needs of every customer can be different and can't always be interpreted via thumbtack. I'm able to drive out to the site and provide a free estimate ASAP.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation with the homeowner about the project desired for completion, pop on by and give accurate estimate of cost to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned the trade working side by side a building wizard for three years and continue to. I learn everyday day from building gurus of the trade by internet, which is truly amazing! The demand for being perfect truly inspires me !
