Joel just finished two projects for us (master and hall showers) and is now about to start a third one (mudroom). We've been very happy with the outcome of each project this far and looking forward to seeing this last one take shape.

Joel was awesome. He redid my hall bath on schedule and under budget, and it looks awesome! He is very detailed and when I didn't like something changed it. I cannot recommend Usher Building and Design highly enough. Next time I need I contractor I will be sure to give him a call.

Joel came out for an interior wall removal job with some electrical relocation. On the first day we dropped a few more projects on him outside his initial scope to install some bathroom fans and some new lighting and he was able to work an extra day into his schedule to get it all done. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Joel is very professional and won't let you down.

Joel and his workers were professional and meticulous workers. They beautifully tiled our shower and bath in marble. He also fixed an existing plumbing problem encountered during the installation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is very different, and we evaluate the needs of each client and job. Our pricing is fair, you get what you pay for. We are typically more expensive, but we offer more, we take care of your home, and your project better than anyone out there. Our quality is higher, then our competitors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st. meeting. talk about the job, wants & needs. ideas & vision.
2nd. I will then often give you on the spot rough pricing, and ask you if that's what you expected.
3rd I will work up a proposal, the proposed work and cost. We will meet a second time, to discuss it. At this point you can either decide to hire us, or decide to think on the Proposal we gave you.
