Maverick Electric missed their appointment time and then made me feel like the blame was mine for the missed window. It was a complete 180-degree difference with Mailous.He was fantastic to work with and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. What I appreciated most was the zero-pressure environment. Unlike my experience with the other company, there were no pushy up-salesjust honest, professional service. Mr electric was great. I heard noises coming from my light switch and was too nervous to sleep or relax so called them late at night. Mr electric came out despite it being midnight to check on the fixture and disconnect it. The following day employee Shelby came out to replace the problem switch. I asked him to check something else as long as he was here and he was knowledgeable, experienced and patient. He explained what needed to be done and the cost clearly and wound up spending much of the day doing the repair work. Its been a few days and everything is working great now.
