- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are doing everything with transparency and fair pricing with no hidden fees. The price we agree on before work begins is the final price. I have flat rates for most standard tasks. For larger projects, I offer an hourly rate. I'm also happy to offer a 5% discount for repeat customers or when booking multiple services on the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discussion: First, we quickly discuss your project details on phone line or in Thumbtack chat so I can understand your task perfectly. 2. Agreement: We confirm the final cost and schedule a convenient time. 3. Execution: I arrive on time with all the necessary tools and perform the work with quality and cleanliness. 4. Completion: I clean up my workspace and ensure you are 100% satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of hands-on experience in furniture assembly, appliance installation, and various repair tasks. I pay great attention to detail and always follow the manufacturer's instructions strictly to ensure a safe and reliable installation for every item.
