- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning, and any add-ons. Most of our estimates fall between $150 and $600, depending on square footage and scope. We offer a $50 first-time customer discount to get you in the door, and we give further discounts when you book multiple services with us. We take a card on file to secure your appointment, but you won't be charged until after the service is completed. If you need something added during the clean (like extra time or additional rooms), just let us know, and we can add it on. We're flexible that way. No hidden fees. You get what you quote for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, we'll have a quick call to understand what you're looking for and get your home details. We ask about square footage, how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, and what areas matter most to you. Then we give you a price quote on that same call and get you booked right away if you're ready. We take a card on file to secure your spot, but you don't pay anything until after the service is done. A couple days before your appointment, we'll send you a confirmation text and email with the date, time, and how many cleaners will be coming. Just give us 24 hours notice if anything changes and there's no cancellation fee. On the day of the service, our team shows up with all their own supplies and gets to work. After we're done, you pay, and that's it. If you want to book us again, it's even easier the second time around. The whole point is to make it simple. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get your home cleaned. We handle the heavy lifting so you don't have to think about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started and built this company specifically around hiring experienced cleaners. My team has years of hands-on professional cleaning experience, and I handle the operations, customer service, and making sure every job runs smoothly. My cleaners are the backbone of this company. I make sure they show up on time, do quality work, and represent us well. That's where my focus is.
