- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages as well as one-on-one in person training for local clients. Plan Package options: -Nutrition plan only- *Customized meal plan includes 3 meals & 1-2 snack options. Meals and snacks vary per plan. This is dependent on the individual client and their metabolic needs in respect to their goals. *My recommendation of specific brands (for the majority of ingredients/products) as well as favorite flavor recommendations from past clients. *End of the week check-in's throughout the length of the plan. These check-in's are our chance to analyze your progress that week, discuss weight and measurement updates, accountability partnership, and for you to receive the support needed on this important journey! 4-week, 6-week, and 12-week plans available. -Fitness Plan Only- This fitness plan allows me to coach you from miles away! Each fitness plan is customized per client. You will receive a custom, easy to follow plan. Each plan will consist of a set number of workout days per week. Each day will have specific exercises along with recommended circuit break down. These plans may be carried out at home or at your gym. Your plan will be created based on what you have available to you. Each plan includes access to my YouTube channel. Here, you can find my video tutorials for every exercise on your plan. 4-week, 6-week, and 12-week plans available. -Combo plan- If you are looking to make this a lifestyle change, I highly recommend my combined package plan. A combined package plan is a discounted plan that includes both nutrition and fitness. These plans are also available in a 4-week, 6-week, or 12-week package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. During your call, I will brief you on my plan options. We will discuss your goals and I will address any remaining questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2016, I earned my biological science degree in Rocklin, CA. I am currently working towards my nursing degree as well. I utilize my background in past completed studies in anatomy, physiology, chemistry, and sports medicine. I have first hand experience as a fitness and health coach. I have helped my clients achieve weight loss, gain muscle growth, understand & utilize nutritional education, as well as provided mental health support. Most importantly, I have gone through this journey myself. I have maintained my weight loss and have recently received my best blood work to date.
