- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Discounts available for clients who train more frequently. Unlimited packages include nutritional counseling and custom plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to do a brief ten minute phone consult to ensure we are a good match and our schedules align. From there a fitness evaluation will allow us to set your health and wellness goals.
