I worked with Chris for several months. My goals were to loose weight and work on toning my body the proper way. This was my first time working with a personal trainer and I was quite skeptical but upon meeting Chris my hesitations and fears automatically ceased to exist. Not only is Chris a true professional but he provides a non-judgmental and beyond comfortable exercising environment. Working with Chris exposed me to the correct systematic ways of building up endurance as well as obtaining that cardio goal for each workout session, whilst making everyday fun and exciting. Saying that he is an expert in the field of fitness does not suffice enough when it comes to explaining his knowledge. It goes beyond that. You can tell that he honestly cares about your goals and you as an individual. His kindness, his patience, and genuine personality not only makes him an extraordinary trainer but an amazing person as well. I would recommend Chris as a personal trainer to anyone and everyone!
When Kelly was in Coeur d' Alene working at 360 fitness I got the pleasure of participating in some of her Bootcamp classes. I have been to quite a few different bootcamp classes, but Kelly's classes were always filled with new exercises which kept the classes fresh and interesting, while keeping my body guessing. I haven't found another instructor as innovative as she is.
I've worked out with Denise for a couple years now and could not be happier. I have a few joint issues and she always works with me to make sure we are always improving them and not hurting them more. Denise is always creative with her workouts and pushes me farther than I ever could on my own. I always feel she is giving her all in our sessions and truly cares. A few hours later I received an email from Xander and I began my PT. Xander has been my trainer for a little over a month and I have lost a total of 10 pounds. He is excellent at what he does and he explains workouts very well. He pushes you and encourages you to be the best you can be and does not make you feel like you cannot do something. He is very knowledgeable and absolutely fun. All of my trainings/sessions have been designed for me and I feel a lot better than I did a month ago. I have learned more about my body and nutrition in the month I have known him than in my nutrition class in college. I most definitely recommend Quest Fjitness for anyone who is on a mission to become healthier. Xander is very flexible and understanding; he will work with your schedule and is available for motivation 24/7!!
