Ian at High Noble Safe was awesome to deal with. He answered all of my questions prior to purchase, after the order. He also helped me deal with some issues caused by an inept moving company I hired to move the safe into my house. This was one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I've ever had. I sent a good number of emails and made a handful of phone calls. Ian was always quick to reply and return phone calls if he was not available when I called. This was a large investment for me and I could not imagine being taken care of better. I onlu wish I lived in thier delivery area and not on the other side of the country. Luckily the damage from the moving company I hired was minimal and I was able to find another mover that was able to get my safe moved when the other company left my safe in the driveway. If you are looking to buy a safe you will be well taken care of with High Noble. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased my dream safe from High Noble. Ian was able to get me an awesome price. He got a great freight company that shipped it all the way to deep south Texas. The safe was crated to perfection to prevent any damage and the product was in excellent condition. It was a 2500lb package. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. Im very happy and would highly recommend them! It seems like they are super busy so have patience.

I communicated via the chat option with them. I did not go into the store. Despite the fact that we had previously purchased two safes from them their reply was "we're not interested" and did not answer all my questions. I'm sure they must have been busy but, still not good PR.Update: Hector called today and was able to help me out with just what I needed. Great follow-up and excellent outcome. Thanks Hector.

Ian was awesome to deal with he got me a really good deal on a safe with a factory rebate mike the delivery driver was awesome as well had me set up in no time walked me through the safes features and setting my code definitely recommending them to my friends and family
