At an average of $175/hour, I had brand new items broken beyong repair, my nightstands both damaged, my dresser, damaged, a brand new unused gaming monitor, broken and unusable. They used my paper towels and bungee cords to pack instead of bringing their own supplies. They quoted me $100 an hour but after surprise charges and broken items accounted for, this was a $200/hour plus move. The broken items were not replaced and I was told that similar quotes I received did not involve packing which is not true at all. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be manipulated into being done a favor for having your valuables broken.

We understand your concerns, and we’d like to address them with the utmost care. Our rate was $130/hour, not $175/hour as mentioned. Despite the unmentioned challenges of stairs and a 3rd floor unloading, our dedicated team went above and beyond to pack, load, and unload everything for you, even though the house was left uncleaned and unmanaged when you stepped away for the day. You let my guys in and left and they picked all your items and packed them without any supervision. We also accommodated two days of service, adjusting our schedule by canceling another appointment due to your storage being closed. We learned that on our way to there. We are genuinely sorry for the broken items and you were fairly reimbursed and paid for those items. Additionally, we worked to support your payment with a no-money check by seeking a friend’s help. We feel disheartened by the one-star review, given our efforts, and we’d be grateful for the opportunity to make this right. Please let us know how we can assist you further.
