- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very reasonable and a structured based on the complexity of the return. I also give discounts to dependent children of my clients who need to file a tax return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet my clients in person initially or talk over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Accounting. I am certified through CTEC.
