Capucio massage is one of the best and relaxing and most unique massages I've ever experienced in my life. I say unique because of the breath sound he makes during the massage. Stephen Capucio Kramny is a very gentle , peaceful and calm individual which is projected in the touch of his hands. Thank you Steve for the wonderful massage. Till next time.

I'm extremely pleased with Kim compassion and skill level...she is my massage therapist when I need one...this will be a long term relationship...she also provided me with a chiropractic referral and he is excellent as well...I couldn't stand up without severe pain in my back and hips, suffered with migraines, and due to the pain I was also unable to sleep...in a months time I'm standing fine, migraines are gone and I'm catching up on my sleep...I have several issues and require these services...as I said these are long term relationships...I'm very very pleased

Tony Stafford is an excellent therapist - I am a therapist myself, and I highly recommend Tony's work based on his extremely creative and targeted approach. He is my personal therapist, and I have recommended him to my family members as well. Tony has mastered multiple therapeutic modalities, and he has incredible intuition and instinct when working with people in need of help and personal change. He has an uncanny way of tapping in to the absolute heart of subconscious therapy, that is both spiritual and immediately applicable to everyday living- I believe his work is tremendously impactful.

If you want a great massage (with many options) Array of Motion is the place for you. My husband and I have received incredible massages for over 2 years. The location is convenient, the office is clean and the massage therapists really "know their stuff"! It's the place to go for a massage!

He is an excellent therapist who really knows his stuff. Just be prepared to hear the truth. Some people aren't ready to hear the truth, but he always said he is a mirror not an echo. I liked that. His straight forward approach helped me get through my problems without being able to lie to myself about my motivations.

Sheena is an exceptional and very knowledgeable therapist. She really helped me learn about myself and see things from different perspectives. I really like that she presents a variety of ideas to consider so I can fully think about all my options and make informed decisions. I would highly recommend her.

About

Therapy is intended to treat many different types of clinical problems. A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is a mental health professional trained in psychotherapy and family systems and licensed to diagnose and treat mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders, individually or within the family system, in a framework of interpersonal relationships. MFTs are concerned with the total health and well-being of the individual and the family within a family system.Therapy is not a “quick fix”. I will work to help you find and improve skills needed to foster personal growth, manage, and overcome difficult life stressors. Therapy requires a commitment by you and/or your family to make changes and improve your overall mental health and well-being. I have experience working with children and adolescents with a wide range of mental health symptoms including anxiety, depression, attachment issues, behavioral disorders, abuse and trauma and I have extensively worked in the field of sex offending with adjudicated and non adjudicated youths. In 2010 I started Sac Family Solutions, a private practice that uses a variety of different interventions tailored specifically to each individual. During this time I have independently consulted for several different school districts to provide educationally related mental health services (ERMHS) for students in special education and social emotional mental health for general education students. I am familiar with mental health in the school system and with educationally related mental health goals on an Individual Education Plan (IEP).

About

I work with individuals, couples, and children. I'm passionate about bringing peace, happiness, love, hope, security, and self-confidence back to the client and bringing out strengths the couple's relationship already has and working through the struggles they may not be aware of. Often times, clients come in feeling stuck. They don't like their career, they are struggling in their relationship, or the past is now causing pain in the present. I enjoy being on the journey through the rough and coming out to a place of peace with them. I have special interests working with Individuals and couples experiencing infertility, First Responders, & Veterans. Therapy should be enjoyable! I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques in my practice. It's important to me to be able to cater to the needs of my clients. Every client is different so creating individual treatment plans is important to the success of the client. I believe the most difficult part of therapy is making that initial phone call. The rest is a conversation over a cup of tea!

About

Whether you are going through a stressful period in your life or simply want to take steps towards personal growth my hope is to walk along side you in that journey. One of my main goals as a counselor is to offer a safe, non-judgmental, environment to explore your deepest thoughts and feelings as well as offer unconditional support. I understand how difficult it can be to open up and share your struggles with another person. While taking that first step may feel scary I hope it is a moment we can celebrate together. I collaborate with my clients to develop therapeutic goals in order to discover what may work best. While my approach is rooted in Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I often use other tools to personalize the process for my clients. I work with individuals, adolescents, and families. I have experience addressing issues such as: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family-related issues, self-harm, behavioral issues, major life transitions, grief, relationship issues, and personal growth. I am also certified in Applied Behavioral Analysis.

About

Many other therapist say that they work with couples, but very few in this area were specifically and in depthly trained, in their masters program, to work with relationships. I was required to log 500 supervised relationship hours while in school. This is unique to the field and makes me more qualified than most in this region. Also I am a confident, direct, and interactive therapist. I won't just sit and listen and throw out a peice of advice at the end. We work together, practice in the room and get specific direct feedback about your progress as we work. Also, you don't have to fear about me advising you to divorce or break up. I will work for your relationship even when it's tough for you to keep doing it. However, if you both agree to end the relationship, I will support you through that process.
