- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the item, size, fabric type, condition, and the level of cleaning needed. Sending photos helps us give a more accurate estimate before the appointment. We always aim to be clear and honest about pricing, so there are no surprises. Our focus is on quality work, safe non-toxic products, professional equipment, and careful service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make the process easy from the start. First, we ask a few questions about what needs to be cleaned and may request photos for a more accurate estimate. Then we schedule a convenient appointment. When we arrive, we inspect the item, choose the best cleaning approach, and clean carefully using professional equipment and safe products. Before we leave, we review the results and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from hands-on professional cleaning experience and continuous learning. We work with different upholstery fabrics, carpets, rugs, and mattresses, with attention to fabric care, stain treatment, pet hair, odor concerns, moisture control, and safe cleaning products. We use low-moisture cleaning techniques when needed to help protect delicate materials and reduce drying time. For certain jobs, we can also offer additional drying assistance with professional air movers.
