I’d highly recommend Mr x plumbing. He exceeded my expectations by being prompt (to the minute) professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with his response time is almost always within minutes. He replaced my hot water heater in my tricky condo. He never tried to upsell me. The beat all other quotes in price, response and availability. He will be my one call for all future plumbing repairs.

Kevin from Mr. X Plumbing & Drain went above and beyond. He initially came out at 6:30 PM just to provide a repair estimate, but by 8:20 PM, he had fully fixed the leak in my second-floor shower pan. After a long day of work, Kevin didn’t just clock out, he tracked down a unique seal (for a 2005 house), coordinated with a fellow plumber, and drove all the way to Rescue to get the part and install it. His professionalism, determination, and commitment to getting the job done right are truly commendable and speak volumes about his character. I highly recommend Mr. X Plumbing & Drain.

I had a great experience with Kevin of Mr X Plumbing and Drain when he installed a new toilet in my home. He was professional, punctual, and efficient, completing the job quickly while ensured everything was properly installed and tested. He also cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess behind. He even provided me with many pictures of each step of the installation. The pricing was fair, and he took the time to answer my questions.
