Kevin from Mr. X Plumbing & Drain went above and beyond. He initially came out at 6:30 PM just to provide a repair estimate, but by 8:20 PM, he had fully fixed the leak in my second-floor shower pan. After a long day of work, Kevin didn’t just clock out, he tracked down a unique seal (for a 2005 house), coordinated with a fellow plumber, and drove all the way to Rescue to get the part and install it. His professionalism, determination, and commitment to getting the job done right are truly commendable and speak volumes about his character. I highly recommend Mr. X Plumbing & Drain.

Kevin X. was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work.
As it turned out, he diagnosed that we needed a new kitchen sink faucet and he saved us a trip to the store and a call back visit, because he had the perfect new faucet in his van that he installed.
I would totally recommend Mr. X Plumbing!!
