Jason is very responsive when I asked for the service to remove dead rabbit at my front yard even though it was very late at night. Also he could provide the service even though it’s a long distance for him to come to my place for the service.

Excellent response time ! I needed someone that could quickly address my Senior mother’s concerns regarding potential rodents in her garage. Turns out there were none but he gave her excellent advice on what she could do to ensure she won’t have any. He was personal able while still being professional . It’s great to find someone that is knowledgeable & sensitive to the needs of a senior. We will be using this service again for sure !

Had a mouse come into my house and into the bathroom, my trap didn’t work and I was gone Sunday and the mouse came out and the kids saw it lol I called Jason to see if he could do a emergency mouse rescue 😁 and he drove an hour on a Sunday and saved my family from this little mouse . I had called three other places and none of them would come but Jason did and thank him. Highly recommended

Usually, I work in a 2 week window (or sprint). Some jobs end sooner... some take a little longer. I keep an open channel of communication with customers throughout the process.
