They were able to come and look at my fridge the same day. Very professional, quick to assess the situation, got it working temporarily since a part had to be ordered. The part was installed two days later and it's been working great ever since! Great guarantee on their parts and labor too!

iFix Appliance is always very prompt in responding and their availability to come and check out the problem and repair is great. I gave 3 stars due to the cost of labor. The fix on my refrigerator was fairly simple and the cost of the part was just under $70 but labor was $240 for about 1 1/2 hours of work! That was very steep to me and I feel that for that price, it should have included the refrigerator being put back in place and all drawers and shelves replaced after the repair was done. Instead, the refrigerator was left pulled out the first day Adam came to look at it and not pushed back toward the wall and we couldn't open our garage door without having to move it. When Adam returned with the part, again he did not put the refrigerator back in place and my son had to replace all the drawers and rearrange the shelving as it was put in incorrectly. Additionally, I did not get a final copy of the invoice/bill with the correct repair date for the warranty. I've used them before and have been very happy, this time i feel it was a little costly for the work done.

We originally called back on May 29th, he was super responsive, very nice and was able to come out immediately to repair our stove. He had to order parts and return 2 times to get it fixed correctly, apparently it was a complicated repair. He was honest, giving us back our money because of an incorrect diagnosis of the problem, but we would have liked to see more transparency about additional costs. Finally, after 6 long weeks, we have a working stovetop. He did keep working until he got it fixed! His labor costs are very steep, but he is readily available, so factor that into your choice to hire him.
