I appreciated he prompt responses from them. however, overall services were not provided. I received an initial quote of $550. After going through desired services the company endorsed providing we ound that multiple services would not be within budget. i was willing to work with them to at least receive balloon arch or at least a size range with pricing or do reserve table and chairs but the company decided they no longer wanted to provide any services because it was not beneficial to them being hat my budget was $600. I was not treated the same based on my budget alone. Not good business overall

Because we are located in the greater Sacramento area and your event is in Vacaville, the travel fee combined with the additional items you requested would exceed the $600 budget.
