I am a devoted musician and singer. My capabilities have allow me to perform professionally in many venues around the world. I am passionate. I learn new songs and i compose new songs every week. As a female guitarist and singer, I have experienced the magic of music in many levels, in many languages and with many talents that I have the fortune to share the stage with. I am a twice winner of the SAMMIES Awards in Sacramento, 2012 as an Outstanding Latin Artist, and in 2016 as a World Musician. Being able to create music and to bring the joy and emotion to people is the best part of my job. No two events are the same, and many of my friends were once my clients. I connect with people, I establish a relationship that they feel comfortable with. I work with my client's wishes and desires of music. My work is to make my clients happy and satisfied of what I do. I work very well with people. I am easy to communicate, easy to organize with. My first introduction to Dinorah was when she was performing one night at Mayahuel. Her sultry velvety captivating voice is what sets her apart and also she could play a mean guitar. So when I was planning my parents 40th wedding anniversary I could think of no one better to provide the entertainment for that special occasion! Whenever you add live music to any event it just makes it that more memorable. I compare her to someone that should be performing at some big venue like bottle rock or the Grammys, but she still hasn't been discovered so you could still afford her while you can before she hits the big time and be able to say, yeah she performed at my parents wedding anniversary one time!!! Thank you for everything I hope to book you again soon !!

I have known Dinorah and her group Crosswinds for several years now. As the chairman of the board of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, one of my responsibilities is to find local talent for our various events. We have hired Crosswinds to play at one of our major events and all I can say is WOW! They exceeded our expectations and they have a great variety of music that definitely satisfied our crowd. Oh by the way did I also mention they are very professional as well?

I have had the pleasure of working with Dinorah for many different kinds of shows. She and Crosswinds always deliver crowd pleasing performances. Her music is fun and heartfelt! Her vibe is always so positive and their grooves never fail to get everyone dancing. I've done shows with her in cabaret settings such as the Penthouse at the historic Elk's Tower in Sacramento, or as a outdoor act performing at the Sacramento Zoo's music series, or in nightclubs like Harlow's where they participated in a 100th birthday tribute to Frank Sinatra. The band can take any song and make it their own, infusing each with their distinct Latin sound. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to understand exactly what he/she is looking for on a performer. I like to cover very detail about their wishes on music and make sure that they were understood.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied in the IMBA Fine Arts School in Mexico City. I formed one of the first Female Mariachi Bands in Los Angeles. My musical experience is over 30 years. I joined my first band at the age of 14 in Mexico City and I have been performing non stop ever since.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
At age of 14 as a student, I joined my first band in Mexico City, and I started working professionally with them. I have been making music and getting an income of it for over 30 years.
