Taja and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. From weeks leading up to my event to the day of, she was fantastic and very professional! She helped with picking cocktails to fit my island theme and created a very nice looking drink menu that also fit the theme. Not to mention the drinks were delicious and my guests emptied the bar out!! Her teams vibe during the event was very fitting and made it fun for everyone. I would work with Taja and her team again in a heartbeat for all the services she provides!

If you are looking for a caterer with a quick response who is willing to fulfill a menu of your choosing contact Taja. She works best with a clear picture of what you want….a specific menu. If you want salad, tell her the ingredients you prefer and the type of dressing…be sure to ask for homemade if that’s your thing. Want sauces for your meat options? Let her know exactly which ones you prefer and ask her to make them fresh. Ask questions and provide her with key information to ensure that she delivers exactly what you want. Oh and you will need your own serving dishes if you prefer something fancier than aluminum pans. She will deliver your food promptly and answer any questions you may have before departing. My guests were very happy with the her creations.
