Met with Jay at his place. We got right to work. I found him to be very professional and interesting. He did an excellent job of explaining the workings of my new computer as well as helping me to set it up for me. He explained how to do the various tasks that will help me navigate through it. He actually took the time to explain to me how to do the things myself in a way that will help me do things in the future. This was a great experience and I plan to go back a few more times to have him help me become more proficient with the computer. I would recommend Jay to anyone who wants someone to really explain how to use their computer.
