- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, honest pricing. No hidden fees and no “oh, this costs extra” surprises at the end. Pricing depends on the size of the furniture or carpet, fabric type, and level of soiling (kids, pets, and real life definitely count 😄). We always confirm the final price before we start. Cleaning multiple items in one visit? We’re happy to offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple: 1. You reach out and tell us what needs to be cleaned — photos are welcome. 2. We consult with you and provide a price estimate. 3. On the day of service, we inspect everything and confirm the final price. 4. We perform the cleaning right in your home, using safe, professional products. 5. You check the results, and we share care tips to help keep everything clean longer. Easy, stress-free, and straightforward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in upholstery and carpet cleaning. I’m licensed and trained to work with different materials including sofas, mattresses, rugs, carpet, and outdoor furniture. I regularly test professional cleaning products and methods to safely remove stains, pet odors, and deep dirt without damaging the fabric. My goal is to provide safe, detailed, and high-quality cleaning every time
