From the way Anita advises and supports you in planning your event, to the delicious food she prepares and professionalism with which she delivers it all (and helps you wrap up at the end) it's no wonder that several of my guests asked for her contact info right away. Passionate Plates is a real find!

Alisa made everything I asked her to make and presented it beautifullly. She catered a High School graduation all night party held at the High School. She cooked the hot food for our diner on the premises. She had the appetizer platters premade and ready to go. She came early which I appreciated, and the food was made and served on time. I asked her to leave the leftovers for the kids and adult volunteers to graze on as the night went on and she did. We met at the school weeks before the event to coordinate where the cooking would be done. Also how and where things would be served. The quality of her work exceeded my expectations. I was personally nervous and wanted the diner I had set up for the kids to be perfect. Alisa helped make that happen. I would highly recommend Alisa as she was very detail oriented and did a magnificant job!

Alisa totally saved the day by agreeing to a last minute request. We had a small gathering but didn't have time to do food. Everything was great...I especially loved the empanadas and prosciutto wrapped asparagus!

Alisa was a godsend for our wedding. She met with us multiple times, and was excited about creating something fun and tailored to our event. She even picked up our rentals when the company couldn't deliver! Her food was excellent and got rave reviews from guests -- fresh, delicious, and creative. We had no electricity at our venue and she managed to pull together the most amazing slew of appetizers to create a fun and fresh lunch. Furthermore, our venue had to change with less than 24 hours notice (!) and she handled it with enthusiasm and grace.
