Introduction: I offer everything, from a 20-person farm-to-fork backyard luau to impress the neighbors to "I just don't have the time or energy for making dinner for the family or sacrificing their nutrition going out again" dinner. That's okay because Chef Paul always does, can and will take care of any food needs. The words personal chef sound like they come with a price tag, and usually they do, but it's a strange feeling to look at an invoice and think "I couldn't afford this myself"; so therefore, most can't either, and that just feels wrong.
