- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flexible pricing, as long as we are supplying you with the finest ingredients and paying our staff fairly we are happy to work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly we will discuss your needs, budget and how we can best combine the two, if it’s a match we can meet for a phone interview or coffee where you can preview sample menus and conduct a tasting for larger events and weddings. We love to create personalized menus and we can work together to create your offerings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained as fine dining restaurant and banquet chefs, 50+ years of combined experience. Many CCA trained staff.
