Arthur was top notch, following instructions, let me know if there was an issue, and a couple pieces were damaged right out of the box. He ended up staying to put together more furniture because he was so fast and precise. I ended up keeping him all day and it was well worth the money I paid him.

Excellent experience with DoneKind. I had new in-box L-shaped desk, coffee table and bench that needed assembly. The contractor showed up timely and worked diligently to assemble my items. The desk had a lot of pieces, and he put it together perfectly. Well worth the price and the extra tip I gave!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the job, item size, wall type, and access. Many assembly and mounting jobs can be quoted at a fixed price after I review photos or a product link. For hourly handyman work, my rate is $60 per hour with a two-hour minimum ($120). Materials are separate unless included in the quote. I confirm the scope and price before starting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a short description, your ZIP code, photos, and a product link if available. I review the details, ask any needed questions, and confirm the price and appointment. At the visit, I check the work area, complete the agreed tasks, and review the result with you. Messages are the best way to reach me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on construction and home improvement experience, and I study Construction Management Technology at Cosumnes River College, including construction safety and plan reading. I also have a computer science background, which helps with TV and home technology setup.
