- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand the industry very well and try to be as flexible as possible. At the end of the day, the idea is to share my gifts and talents with the people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to understand what the customer needs or doesn't need. Whether the customer chooses to move forward or not, they should walk away empowered with more insight and wisdom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a college graduate from North America's #1 school for professional Chefs (The American Culinary Federation) and having worked with high-profile leaders in diverse industries makes me a very relevant and capable resource. However, there are certain aspects of my being that can not be taught in a classroom--integrity, honor, wisdom, ethics, loyalty (to name a few).
