Zoom plumbing was responsive and quick the technician, Maurice, was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me options regarding the repair cost. Showed me the warn out parts that he replaced upon completing the work. I will definitely call Zoom Drain for my future plumbing needs

Great company to work with. They are honest and affordable and always give you a fair rate for the work that they are doing. The detailed bills and reports that they provide after the job completion are always a HUGE help as well because it details exactly what the problem was, what was done, and usually has photos as well. This means you can easily keep track if issues are reoccurring.
2nd time I’ve called them, and they are just the only people I will call if I have any type of drain/plumbing issue that they service.

Had a major grease clog in our main line. Maurice came out right on time and used multiple methods to clear the blockage. It was a stubborn job, but he was amazingly thorough in his work, plus the job is guaranteed for 6 months. Maurice was informative and highly professional. Don’t hesitate to use Zoom Drain for any plumbing needs.

Communication was quick after I posted the job and they were very responsive. Within the hour I had an appointment with one of their technicians and received a call from him 30 minutes before he came. William was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He gave an affordable quote after looking at the issue and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely call Zoom Drain in the future for any plumbing related issues.

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
