For more than a decade, I've been providing drum, guitar and bass lessons all over the greater Sacramento area in my student's homes and putting them on the stage in my student recitals twice each year. Today was the first day of lessons and it’s great to see my son excited again about playing. Additionally it was great to meet him and a huge plus was lessons are done at my home. So I don’t have anything to be late for.

Andrew is a great teacher. He makes the student feel at ease during the lesson. We requested him to do a specific song and he kindly fit in his lesson plan. The recitals are great too as they offer student chance to play infront of a live audience. They are fun for students, family and friends. He is flexible if with hours and is a people person. I don't hesitate recommending Andrew to anyone looking for a good guitar teacher.

I've been going to Brock for over a year now, funnily enough it started because I was all about getting a FFXIV special edition guitar and I felt I should be able to play it. He's always been supportive of me getting it, and has been a stellar instructor throughout. He pushes you where he should and keeps track of where you need to grow and with time builds your skills wonderfully. I have no hesitation recommending him as he shares his passion with you.

Prospective client reached out to me, I responded in a timely manner. Prospective client responded to schedule lessons, but a family medical emergency prevented me from responding right away. I responded as soon as I was able, explaining that there were extenuating circumstances due to the family medical emergency. The prospective client told me they did not believe me and left a one star review. My business is important to me and timely communication with clients is key, but unexpected family medical emergencies can take priority.
