We just needed our entire Interior white walls redone with new white paint, new baseboard paint, and some filling the gaps near ceiling where we have older wood paneling. Kurt was extremely helpful when issues occurred in our 1960s home. ie. small area of poopcorn ceiling decided to come loose, and Kurt fixed this as well. Also Kurt and crew help my husband move our furniture around so he could paint all the rooms and we are forever grateful.

Kurt was great to work with. Showed up on time. He did a touch up job for me. 3 bedrooms/front den/living room/kitchen & hallways. Matched the color perfectly blending in the old Sherwin Williams flat paint with new Kelly Moore low sheen paint. Reliable & honest. I would definitely recommend him and I will keep his information as a reference in the future. Thanks Kurt!

I’m so grateful I found Kurt; I didn’t have the energy to repaint my apartment and wanted to find someone quickly and with skill. Kurt replied to my inquire right away and was willing to come do a site visit the next morning. We ended up doing a FaceTime “site visit” and he gave me a quote for the job right away. He came when I asked him to and brought everything to do the job. I left him to do it and a few hours later I came home to a beautifully painted new home. He was thourough, clean (brought his own drop cloths and prepped the area), did an excellently job, and was very kind. I hope I have More need for him in the future- he has a contractors license keep that in mind too!

Actually I did not end up working with KS Painting and Decorating because my client had another painter selected. However I wanted to rate their customer service insofar as their responsiveness. They were right on it and very responsive to my requests. I will not hesitate to give them a call for my next project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based mostly on the square footage of a project & if there is a lot of prep to be performed...I get great contractor discounts on my paint & material to do interior trim installation...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to individualize each customer to help them feel comfortable with hiring me to do the work ...customers need to know that they can trust a contractor right away..& keep that trust from start to finish ...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education would come from on the job training & shop training with lifts,booms & other equipment that I need to perform my jobs with on site ...safety is also a very important issue that needs to be observed on a daily basis also & classes for that & first aid & getting CPR certification is also a plus..
