- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to set a price that is fair to the customer while allowing me to take the time to do the job right the first time. I do give senior and veterans discounts upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking various questions that allow me to formulate a fair price, and answering the customers questions to ensure they feel we are theright company for them and the job they need done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking things apart and putting them back together for most of my life. I have been involved in and around construction for 50 years
