Only advice is technician should talk politely to customer.
Owners of the business are very responsive and they apologized and have let go of the local technician.

He was on time. He outlined my options and gave me the price points of each. And now I have a new garagedoor opener that works.
One of the only drawbacks is that it only has one remote.
I also wish they had offered a senior discount. But the price was reasonable for the work involved.
