My balcony needed a new floor due to age and water damage, so I reached out to several contractors for assessments. Alex not only identified the visible issues but also tested the wooden parts to pinpoint weak spots, something no other contractor did during their appraisals. He also suggested a few cost-effective improvements, such as upgrading the railings to higher-quality wood, which made a noticeable difference in both appearance and feel. The professional working on the project paid close attention to detail and did an excellent job. He took extra care to cover the carpets with protective cloth to prevent any damage during the work. One area that could be improved is better planning and ensuring that all necessary personnel are available when needed. However, overall, I’m very satisfied with the result.
