- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system, however sometimes after discussing details about the event day, prices can some times vary. This is why the consultation process is so important.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I encourage doing a trail style and consultation to ensure that I am a good match for what they are looking for. Some clients like to do a over the phone consultation, this is great also.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduated from Federico's Beauty Institute in 2007 and received my Cosmetology License. I was involved in assisting and interning at numerous salons around Sacramento. I have had on going advanced education in the Industry for the last 10years including learning to handle curly hair, highlighting/color courses, hair cutting, up do styling and style finishing. Along with owning my own private salon, I have also incorporated my travel to you salon business.
