FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m flexible with pricing and always aim to make sure my clients feel they made the right choice. I offer discounts for bigger jobs and often include bonus work when I can. My goal — happy clients who didn’t overpay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive 10 minutes early, wearing clean clothes and shoe covers — always showing respect for your home. I listen carefully, ask the right questions, and bring all the tools needed for the job. Before starting, we go over the price. After the work’s done, I leave your space clean — like I was never there, but the problem’s gone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have formal education in this field, but I’ve been learning hands-on since childhood — helping my dad with everything around the house. Later, I fully renovated my own home from scratch, learning through real work and real mistakes. I’ve worked on many home projects for friends and family. Construction runs in my blood — from painters to bricklayers, even my father was an energy engineer in Moscow. This experience naturally led me to become a professional handyman.
